Who we are. . .

Our founder, Julian Padilla started in the Senior Care Industry in 2010. After a year, Julian noticed seniors were going without the care and help needed due to living of of a fixed income and not knowing their options. He would contact government programs and other senior programs but no one could help; they would give him numbers that are no longer in service or when he did reach someone, they would provide a different kind of service.

He got frustrated and could not believe so many seniors were going without the support and he could not do anything about it. He then decided to make a difference. Since then, he has helped so many seniors and their families by opening the doors of his RCFE. The place offers a warm and welcoming environment where elderly individuals can transition smoothly from their own homes. He maintains a staff of trained and experienced employees who are screened and fingerprinted to ensure the safety of every resident in his facility. The staff helps the elderly cope with the changes taking place in their golden years. 

Apart from running his RCFC, he also helps families with elders to understand the maze of senior care services - from explaining what Medical and Medicare can be used for, to providing available options for senior care.
